"One of the most frustrating online shopping experiences"
I've had a really rough time with this online purchase. I ordered a tank that not only took way too long to arrive but also showed up damaged. Their communication has been terrible; it took forever to hear back from them (I first reached out about this on 03/01/23), and they suggested I fix the item myself. I finally got through to them again to arrange a return, but it's been 5 days since they got the item back and 2 days since I asked for an update. I can't recommend Align Trex at all and just want my money back.

"not great"
Up to now, my experience has been pretty poor. I'm still hanging on for the wheels I ordered a long time back. They mentioned shipping via DPD, but I'm still in the dark. Customer service does respond, but they don’t follow through on their promises. Overall, I'm not impressed and should've just taken the refund (if I could've even gotten one).
